The Starr Report
Teresa Strasser , late of TLC's "While You Were Out," joined "Good Day New York"
as the show's feature reporter just before the holidays - arriving here from
L.A. smack-dab in the middle of that first early-December snowstorm.
"I've already been to a farm upstate feeding goats, visited a doughnut factory
and this morning I had breakfast with women who've been bridesmaids over 10
times," the exuberant Strasser said yesterday. "I'm like Lucille Ball - in fact,
I'm the Jewish Lucille Ball of morning TV!
"I've never been very directed in my career - I've walked through whatever door
has opened," she said, describing her career path.
"When I was on 'While You Were Out,' which I loved, there were no surprises - I
knew every day I would be redecorating someone's house. And this is great -
every day it's something different."
